Short get away to Costa Rica! Tamarindo beach, La Fortuna in the rain forest, and back to the beach at Manuel Antonio National Park (got in line to the park at 5:30am!! That’s why the beaches seem somewhat secluded). Saw waterfalls, monkeys, a frog, snake, A SLOTH(!), and many bugs.

Fun facts: Costa Rica’s largest exports include bananas and coffee, the Arenal Volcano (pictured) is closed of for hiking as of 2017 (but people still do it illegally ie these two guys we met from Montreal), 5% of the world’s biodiversity can be found in this country, and ‘Costa Rican’s’ refer themselves as “Tico’s” and “Tica’s”. Imperial is like their national (cheap) beer.
